Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Moli & Liv, we do everything we can to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Order preparation

Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Delivery times

After preparation and dispatch, delivery generally takes 6 to 12 business days.

As a general guide, the total time between confirmation of your order and delivery is therefore approximately 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and time of year.

Exceptional events beyond our control may cause delays, including:

a carrier incident or delay;
high logistics activity;
holiday periods;
exceptional weather conditions;
disruptions affecting transport networks;
any other exceptional event affecting the shipment of the parcel.

In the event of a significant delay, you can contact us so that we can check the status of your order.

These provisions do not limit any rights you have under applicable delivery laws.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is sent to you by email after dispatch.

You can also track your parcel from our order tracking page.

Tracking may sometimes take time to update, or may remain unchanged for several days because of the carrier's network.

Orders shipped in several parcels

Depending on the products ordered and where they are prepared, an order containing several items may exceptionally be shipped in several parcels.

The parcels may then arrive a few days apart.

You will not be charged any additional fee because of a split shipment.

Delivery address

Please check the information entered when ordering carefully, including the recipient's name, full address, building or apartment details where needed, postcode, city, country and telephone number.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us promptly at:

As long as the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to amend the information.

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, an address change can no longer be guaranteed.

Delivery delay

If your order has not arrived within the announced timeframe, contact us at moli-et-liv@etik.com and include your order number so we can make the necessary checks.

If the delivery deadline is exceeded, you also retain the rights provided by the French Consumer Code.

Parcel marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, first check your letterbox, with people living at your address, with your neighbours, with your caretaker or concierge where applicable, and any safe place indicated by the carrier.

If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us so that we can carry out the necessary checks with the carrier and help resolve the issue.

Damaged parcel or product

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at moli-et-liv@etik.com. To help us process your request, please include where possible your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the parcel and affected product.

We will review your request and offer a solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Incorrect product or missing item

If you receive a different product from the one ordered or an item is missing, contact us. We will carry out the necessary checks and offer an appropriate solution.
